Vinification/Ageing: Alcohol fermentation without the skins using natural yeasts, in steel vats for 15 days at 15C-16 °C. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 15 months in contact with the fine sediments in steel vats. Only one membrane filtration before bottling. 12 months in the bottle before being released.
Alcohol: 12.5%
