Complex, with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, lightly spicy with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, balanced, intense, with dense and elegant tannins. A long savoury, and mineral finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Maceration in steel tank at controlled temperature for 25 days. Refines for 12 months in large Slavonian durmast casks.
