Intense straw-yellow colored with bright gold-green nuances. Depth and purity on the nose: aromas of Mediterranean aromatic herbs (sage, thyme, resin), ripe yellow fruit (peach and mango), citron rind, acacia honey with a fine silica silica. Mouth-filling, balsamic and mineral on the palate, ending on a note of savoury almond and candied citrus fruit.

A rigorous selection of oldest vines, which are over 50 years old.

Vinification/Ageing: Soft pressing, removal of solid matter from the must and beginning of fermentation in steel. Fermentation and ageing in barrel on the lees without racking for ten months. Bottle ageing for eight months.
