Caramore is a fresh and elegant white wine with aromas of ripe wild pear, citrus, and subtle floral notes, accompanied by distinctive chalky and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is broad and well-structured, with lively acidity, a pleasant saline character, and a persistent, mineral-driven finish. The partial oak ageing adds texture and complexity without overpowering the freshness of the wine.

Varietals: 100% Chardonnay

Vinification/Ageing: The grapes are hand-harvested and brought to the winery in small crates to preserve their freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation, approximately half of the wine is aged in stainless steel, while the other half matures in Allier oak barriques of 2nd and 3rd passage for about six months. The two portions are then blended before bottling.
