A particular specialty of the Valle Isarco. Greenish to bright yellow in colour with aromas of peach, apricot, and a hint of tangerine. Very lively, juicy, and sleek on the palate, with a mineral-rich finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks at 17C to 19C temperatures. Aged 6 months before release.
