Bright pale pink in colour, this rosato offers an expressive bouquet of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and Mediterranean herbs, with delicate floral notes in the background. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant, with crisp acidity balanced by a surprisingly textured mid-palate. The high-altitude origin gives the wine remarkable tension and precision, leading to a long, savoury and mineral finish. Medium-bodied with excellent freshness and elegance.

Varietals: 90% Nocera, 10% Lucignola

Vineyard: The vineyards are located in the Alto Belice Corleonese, in the inland hills of western Sicily, at elevations approaching 950 metres above sea level. The combination of significant day–night temperature variation, limestone-rich soils and constant mountain breezes allows the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving acidity and developing refined aromatic complexity. These extreme high-altitude conditions contribute significantly to the wine’s freshness.

Vinification/Ageing: The wine is produced primarily from Nocera (90%), complemented by Lucignola (10%). Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve their aromatic purity and delicate colour. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short period of ageing on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity while maintaining freshness and varietal character.
