Straw-yellow with a greenish hue, this ‘ancestral method’ wine has some sediments and it is slightly fizzy. A fragrant bouquet with white and yellow flowers: hawthorn, chamomile and jasmine. Fruity aromas of white peach, citrus, and sage are present. Dry with a lively palate, an overall round mouthfeel and slightly saline. s.
