Bright straw yellow with a greenish hue, it offers an intense bouquet of white peach, aromatic herbs, crushed stone, and fine notes of Mediterranean Maquis in the background. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with medium acidity, high minerality, and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.
