Intense ruby red colour with plenty of dark fruit aromas and hints of leather and black tea. Medium bodied, round and fresh, featuring fine tannins and a juicy finish. The characteristic features of the Canaiolo soften the austerity of the Sangiovese, conferring roundness, volume and spicy aromas to this wine; a crowd pleasing blend.

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature (24° to 28°C) with daily pumping over; after the racking, wine is transferred into big oak barrels where it will carry out the malolactic fermentation followed by a 18 months ageing.
