Roasted fingerling potatoes. Prepared in-house at Spaccio.
Ingredients
Fingerling potatoes, herbs (sage, rosemary, garlic), salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
2. Spread contents of bag on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Roast for 10 minutes.
